At Azza Fahmy Jewellery, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-finished pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it remains secure during transit; include the original invoice and any certificates of authenticity.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, or schedule a collection through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for your exchange shipment within 7-10 business days.
